Can computer repair technicians access my account?
I need my computer to be repaired, so I'm going to take it to a technician, but the problem is I'm worried about my personal data images, files... . My account has a password like most running with Windows 7 but... can technicians get access to it?

I am having computer problems and would like to use a community of computer technicians than use Yahoo all of the time. What site Forum do you recommend?Also for the sake of yahoo points...My friend brought her computer to me as the computer repair shop said they couldn't fix her computer. They're so lazy as to not repair and backup a dying Hard Drive and say they can't repair it and to buy a new pc from them. I assumed it was another friend with an HDD problem, but it wasn't. What happens is that I will plug in the computer and without touching the power it boots straight up and gives no audio or video. The power button doesn't light up and won't respond when you push it in to turn the computer off. The CD drives open though. Without it giving video, how can I tell what the problem is, I am not sure if it is just a bad switch or a bad power supply.
Can i have a computer repair man do this?
i have a hp paivlion 2002 and it wont play spore saying not found g1 5256 or something number also wont play my mixed up mother goose deluxe its a 1996 game needs 256 colors or something also wont play my intel play me 2 cam game its a web cam game. ok heres the question is there a computer repair man i can pay to make my pc compatiable with all games like add new parts rebuild my pc to make it work with all games? if so who would i take it to or what store? i want my pc to work with all games yes i have a desktop and it works with my clue finder games and sims but if i take it up and add serval parts? is that possible? i know i would have to pay a quite bit but i was wondering if its possible and yes i know he would have to add video cards or something i dont know anything about putting computer parts toegther but is it possible to make a pc work with all games buy a computer techain?

Ok so the part that holds my screen and my computer together cracked If i shut my computer it'll break right off. i really need my computer repaired because im a college student and i do all of my work on it. does anyone know how much a repair is? or do you know where i can get it fixed for a reasonable price?

Hi i took my pc in to a computer repair shop to have them put windows XP on it on feb 1st and the guy said he guaranteed it would be done by the morning because they don't see alot of customers in the winter and its the third. Ive tried to call the place several times and it goes to voicemail EVERY Time. What should i do?

I had a Vaio laptop that produces high pitch noise after 3 months. I forget I have warranty and opened the laptop to clean the fan. I broke my wireless when I open it. So I send it to repair and they say I have a faulty fan and replaced the wireless and fan for 475. The fan was not fixed so I send it back and they reinstalled my system, but the fan is still producing loud noise. I decided to just forget it even though the fan is still super annoying. But anyway I was wondering is this how fixing computer work? just taking risk that they may or may not repair it, or are they just bad servicemost of the cost is labor..
