i don't want to go to geek squad cause it is too expensiveare there cheaper and just as affective places to get one of my computers fixed????

Can I trust the Acer Computer Repair center to fix my computer?
I bought an emachines desktop 7 monthes ago, and it crashed. I spoke with the woman at the warranty acer repair center and she said to mail the computer to them and they will fix it. But for some reason I do not trust this place. It will be $30 for shipping and a 20 day wait. Will they actually fix my computer or give me the run around?I have a feeling that they will receive the computer and then tell me I must pay them for something else in order to fix the computer. a complete waste of time and money. What should I do ?
