I just completed Computer repair school and I need to know something. I need a Top contributor or an expert.?
I need to know how, if a customer of mine had a computer that wouldn't boot and I needed to do a clean install but they did not have their Windows installation disk, how would I as a technician get an installation disk for the clean install?If their OEM pre installed Windows on their computer then they have already paid for Windows. They shouldn't have to pay for it again Just because the manufacturer did not send them an installation disk should they?That will probably work but there is still alot of XP in use.
