My laptop computer acer aspire 5610 was bought 2006 and after 5 years I noticed the original glue used to keep the hinges which hold the screen to the panel in place has worn out due to ageing and the back of laptop has unbuckled.To add to the problem, manufacturer placed the laptop heat outlet just beneath one the hinges thereby making it even vulnerable for the glue to wear out over time. Therefore opening and closing laptop means the other hinge has unbuckled too.I have tried to sort this problem by applying super glue but again it disintegrated with 3 days. It appeared like standard super glue on the market is not strong enoughto keep connection in place.Please could anyone computer repairer advice me what specialist glue to purchase and from where to get it? PC world told me to buy their glue but did not give any guarantee that it would work.
