Is CCleaner the best for sorting out your computer registry?

AMELIE asked: I ran a free scan from RegCure and XP pro Repair. They found about 800 faults and CCleaner only about 200. Should I buy one of these and it spedd my computer up a lot or stick to CCleaner which might not be as good but is free?repair registry errors
