I want to copy the system32/config folder to an external hard drive, but the registry itself is locked to copying. Even TeraCopy doesn’t help, and Unlocker finds no locking handles. I rebooted my computer after installing all the drivers and a black screen happened during the reboot and it says something like "226/226(some place in registry’s component section)" Is it normal to have that screen after installing drivers?
