How do I erase history of a program installation from the registry?
Posted by scottparat | Filed under Registry Questions
I am trying to reinstall a program using a different serial number but the computer knows that I am using a different serial number. The info is somewhere in the registry but where ? I could reinstall but only after formatting the hard drive and reinstalling the OS which I don’t want to do. There is something in the registry which has to be removed. I also need to remove " Starforce " which is incompatible with Windows Vista. Any suggestions ??
