my computer thinks bit defender is turned off when it isnt even installed. i tried repairing the registry with a registry cleaner but it still says that bit defender is turned off when it isnt installed. i think theres something wrong with my computer.can anyone help me? fixing the registry and cleaning the registry both didnt help my problem.

    what is telling you it is “off”? If it is not installed then it is surely not “on”
