How to remove different threats not visible in programs or registry?

I have the following threats that were identified by STOPzilla: (Quantum Streaming IE Player, AntiVirGear,DssAgent,MediaCodec) I also have Norton Anti-Virus which is NOT picking up these threats.I tried checking out the registry but it is not there, I tried the Taskbar, the Add/Remove Programs.
