What is the best FREE registry fixer? I am having MAJOR issues. Can anyone help?

If your problems are so MAJOR, reinstall Windows.

I doubt any registry “fixer” is actually going to resolve your problems… If the registry is actually corrupted, the best thing to do is re-install windows.
Having said that… If the machine is acting strange, it is usually due to either a hard drive failing, OR more likely, you are infected with something.
Try running SAS free edition from and see if it detects any malware running on your compuer.

Registry cleaners usually cause more problems than they actually fix, if your problem is bad then back up your data and reinstall windows.

yes,re-install the windows is best choice if the registry cleaner does not work
