The registry repair apparently did more than just a repair.

The easiest way to fix it, is to uninstall your network card and reboot the PC.
It will automattically re-install the driver and other network components.

Your IP address in now assigned by Automatic Private Address. If you were using specific ip address, gateway and dnsserver then right click on network connection. Select TCP/IP setting and use the original ip address, gateway/subnet mask and dns server so that you can connect to local area network or internet

why don’t you restore your registry settings. every registry repair software provide the backup before to repair . or use system restore . the possible cause may be you have lost the settings necessary for your network connections.
